Saphire blue industries (p) ltd. is offering different grades of coolants in different colors and formulations to our customer for the light commercial vehicle, heavy commercial vehicle, heavy duty diesel engines, and marines engines. The product conforms JISK 2234 & ASTM D3585-77 standards, BIS-5759.

  • SBI-COOL

    It is a concentrate formulation for Petrol Engine and Diesel Automobile Engines. It is developed on the latest technologies based on organic carboxylate hybrid technology. SBICOOL give multi metal protection to the system.

    Characteristics:-

    • Nature : Free Flowing Liquid
    • pH(As such) : 7.5 – 11.0
    • pH for 50% : 7-9.5
    • Boiling Point : 163° C min
    • Color: Blue / Green / Red
    • Freezing Point : Below - 40° C (50 % soln.)
    • Solubility : Fully Soluble in Water.
    Application:-

    SBI-COOL can be diluted upto 1:3 ratio, depends upon the type of engine.

     

  • SBI- PREMIXED

    It is ready to use formulation, based on the latest technology. As the name says, very convenient to use and carry. SBI-Premixed provides protection all in one. It is 50% mixture of glycols and 50% water, and it requires no additional mixing.

    • Nature : Free Flowing Liquid
    • pH : 7-9.5
    • Boiling Point : >112° C min
    • Color: Blue / Green / Red.
    • Freezing Point : Below - 16° C
    • Solubility : Fully Soluble in Water

    Directly pour SBI-PREMIXED to get the desired result.

     

  • DG-COOL

    It is most suitable for heavy Duty engine cooling system in big DG Sets and heavy diesel machinery. It protects the entire metal surface used in the cooling system. It confirms
